Women’s day
I got nothing much to say about this day, and I’m sure there are so many posts was written about this anyway, so I’ll stick to my usual post with the exception of adding more music.
Here are the songs from female singers whom I admire the most.
1: Sophie B. Hawkins – As I Lay Me Down
This song never fail to calm me and feels embrace by sweet love
2: Wilson Phillips – Hold On
These three women and their powerful words is all I needed when things feels to hard.
3: Carpenters – Rainy Days And Mondays
Whenever I feel like moping and drown myself in self-pity haha 
And here’s the song when I feel like living in a era I’ve never been but felt like I belong:

Sophie B. Hawkins’ As I Lay Me Down is my favourite song from the 1990s.
Her singing voice reminds me of the speaking voice of a woman I used to have a total crush on.
Her name was Nicole.
In fact I wrote a poem about her called Nicole back in January or February of this year.
Her speaking voice was as soft and melodious as Sophie B. Hawkins singing As I Lay Me Down.
She looked like a young Julia Roberts (as she appeared in the movie Pretty Woman with Richard Gere) – a Julia Roberts with sandy blonde hair instead of reddish brunette hair like Miss Roberts had.
She liked me too but I never got the courage to ask her out.
Sometimes I still ask myself, “How does it feel to be an idiot?” since I never asked her out.
