Women’s day

I got nothing much to say about this day, and I’m sure there are so many posts was written about this anyway, so I’ll stick to my usual post with the exception of adding more music.

Here are the songs from female singers whom I admire the most.

1: Sophie B. Hawkins – As I Lay Me Down

This song never fail to calm me and feels embrace by sweet love

2: Wilson Phillips – Hold On

These three women and their powerful words is all I needed when things feels to hard.

3: Carpenters – Rainy Days And Mondays

Whenever I feel like moping and drown myself in self-pity haha 😀

And here’s the song when I feel like living in a era I’ve never been but felt like I belong:

Mary Hopkin – Those Were The Days (1969)

Now let me end this post with RavennaAl comment in Youtube:

We’ve gone from the innocence of the 50’s to the radical 60’s to the mellow 70’s to the self indulgence 80’s to the high tech 90’s to the I can’t believe I’m still here 2000’s, to the what’s the hell is going on 2010’s to the shit has really hit the fans 2020’s. What a life!

“I’d give a lot if I can go travel back to the 90s when cellphones already exist but human still talks face to face.” -Yours truly, Jessica. I hope you all have a great day.
