The me I never know
My birthday is looming closer. My heart beating for a challenged I place for myself. This song brought out melancholic emotions for that day. Below the video is the inspiration story it inspired. Hope you like 
My heart has been aching lately each time I see him. His midnight black hair replicates the darkness that take over my heart each time he’s with someone else. But when his clear blue eyes look straight at me, my dreams come true and cure me from every horrible emotions.
“So, how long are going to make wait for that three words?” he asked and reach for my hand in my lap.
“I hate you,” I said and pulled my hand away. “Happy?”
“No,” he gently replied and takes my hand again and slowly leaned in for a kiss. The pain, the longing, and nostalgia that I can’t explain when he’s near, acutely attacks me, but I let him. I kissed him back and like a magical moment in fairytales, the world brightened.
Old promises from a forbidden love from another life returned. Him dying in my arms, promising to search me in another world, another time, no matter where… “I’ll come again to confess my love,” he said the exact same words as he let go of my lips.
My tears streamed down my cheeks. He dried it. “What’s wrong?”
I smiled. “I love you.”
He kissed me again. “I know.”
And I inwardly thanked him for reminding me of the me I never know
