Starting with “In Another Time”
As I mentioned in my November 1 post, I’m joining NaNoWriMo challenge. This year I’ll be writing a time travel story.
They said that there’s a bigger chance to reach the milestones on time if you got a cover ready. So I made one!
What do you think?
Summary:
Qué absurdo, that’s what Leonardo thought when his grandmother told him about Celestina, the girl in the black and white photograph who vanished like magic right in front of her eyes. But he’ll soon realize that absurd things like magic do happen in this world.

How do you came up with the idea of the cover? I don’t know why but I feel is telling us a little bit of the story!

Me too. I’m fascinated by the idea of seeing the past and future and not get lock in the present.
With it comes to the cover, I don’t normally have an exact concept. I have a vague idea of the whole story of the book when I search for pictures to use and saw this one, I know right away that it’s the one. It got the rustic feel of the story which is set back to 1950s 😁

I’d like to go back to Paris in the 1920s when Ernest Hemingway, F. Scott Fitzgerald, his wife Zelda and actress Josephine Baker were walking the streets of Paris and frequenting their cafes and restaurants. ❤
