This pasta dish is an improvised version of Ribanna’s carbonara recipe. I was missing some of the ingredients so I added something else, like whole because I only have parmesan and parsley because they looks nice 😂

      Haha 😄 True… I often have to improvise because I often don’t have all the ingredients. But I one day wish to follow your recipes to a T. 😁
      I was really down that day I saw your post but seeing your ebook cheered me up. I never thought before that it will happen to me because I used to stay away from the kitchen 😂

    Ribana’s food posts are awesome but the incredients are almost unavailable here. Jenny, I think you are again missing comments..I think you had a daughter and that you actually had a son!! Cute enough 🥰 From last post only I got the information. If my comment went to spam or unseen I am sharing it here. He is super cute and his smile is mind blowing.       Hm… well I usually just go with flow when it comes to my cooking and grab what’s available. If European ingredients is hard over there, it’s also a bit hard for me to get hold of Indian ingredients here 😂
