Much Racket about #BTS (Part 2)
As I mentioned in my previous post about the BTS, I have no interest in their songs. It’s not my cup of tea. And also because they are like a modern version of the boy bands from the ’90s.
In my opinion, for the current standard, BTS is great. But if they were back in the ’90s I don’t think they’ll stand out that much, because honestly, they pale in comparison.
BTS sounds way better when I can visually see them basking in the extravagant effects than when I close my eyes and just listen.
If it’s dance move and singing look at Backstreet
Below is a BSB concert. Simple with not so much colorful lights. Now imagine if all that flashy presentation from BTS behind BSB. Just saying.

Finally someone who agrees, I swear literally everyone keeps talking about BTS everywhere, even my closest friends, for example Priya (“the zealous homosapien” person),but I don’t really like them? I really don’t see what’s the fuss about?😛

😀 I can’t answer what’s the fuss is either because we’re in the same boat. But it’s not really hard to understand because they seem to be the best in today’s standard, but they can’t beat 80s or even 90s boy bands in my opinion.

Korean or Taiwan boy bands are not my cup of tea too. I loved the Backstreet Boys!

Me too! The only Asian boy band I fell in love with is F4 from Meteor Garden 2001. And it’s most probably because I fell with them in the series 😂

I don’t know about the BTS band but I remember the backstreet boys, they had some good amount of fame and they were successful, guess I loved the Take That at some point, the No doubt songs, All 4 One, Boyzone, Westlife, Savage Garden…there were some good songs I guess, maybe the best!
