Hopeful not hopeless
… You should change from a “hopeless romantic” to hopeful romantic.
That’s what Buddy71 from Hummings told me in one of Steve’s blog post.
This send me to out of wordpress and into different pages in the internet. I read with joy about the different between hopeless romantic compare to hopeful. And you know what? Buddy71 is right.
While there’s nothing wrong with being hopeless romantic which I considered myself to be for a long time. A post from Bustle, however, told, I’m hopeful.
1: They’re hopeful things will work out, and they do have the mindset that relationships take a little work. But unlike hopeless romantics… they don’t create unrealistic expectations for the relationship.
✔️
2: Hopeful romantics understand that the small, everyday gestures signify unwavering dedication and commitment.
✔️
3: A hopeful romantic is more likely to maintain interest once the honeymoon phase ends. They look forward to learning more about their partner and growing a closer bond. Hopeless romantics, on the other hand, have a tendency to get bored once the spark fades.
I’ve been married to my husband for 17 years, I admit the sparks have faded, but you know what? I love him for every little thing I found to this day. So yep. Hopeful.
There are four more, but I don’t want to bore you. You get the point 😉
How about you? Are hopeless or hopeful?

You are a real romantic soul with your feet on the ground 😉💕
I guess I’m the same…maybe when I was a teen I was a hopeless romantic, now I’m more realistic but still romantic 😉💕

I always thought I identified as a hopeless romantic, but I think hopeful suits me better!

I think a lot of people who call themselves “hopeless romantic” are actually hopeful. There’s a fine line and the term isn’t as known. 🤭

Wow, you did a little analysis down there. Are you sure you were not a business analyst before? or a love therapist ? or a cupid therapist 🤔 did I miss something here 🙄😉 Jessica is everything ofcourse.. What do I believe ? Hopeful romantic 😍🤗 So true isn’t it 😁😅 feels like I’m too old to comment about it 🤔 i’m sure I’m not alone 😅😂 because the other person will like this and think about it too 😅😜

I doubt that cupid needs a therapist. 😂 He and I won’t get along since he’s the king of love at first sight. He shot that arrow and people falls in love there and then. haha 😄
There’s no such thing as too old. A heart that loves never age 😉 And I’m sure you’re in the hopeful category too 😁
