Book review

Alex by Simon Prathap

The first time I started reading Simon’s work is through his blog. This book too, but since I got the copy after they published it as an ebook, I stopped reading it in his blog and drown myself in Alex’s world inside my kindle. Don’t expect the edited quality of a traditional book when you pick up this ebook, but I encourage you to try it if you love ghost and paranormal stories.

Simon is a talented writer, and it’s such a shame that he isn’t planning to publish his stories professionally soon, but if he did, I’ll be the first to say, I found him first! haha 😄

Okay, this story is a horror thriller, ghost possession, although it didn’t scare me that much anymore.

Surprise, surprise! 😂

Alex gets a series of dreams that threaten to kill one of his family members. Bob and his friends help Alex, while Gabriella, a kid with supernatural ability but limited knowledge, brings more trouble to Alex.

I totally enjoy reading this, and it bugged me when I was doing something else, so I ended up spending my late night reading the rest of the 30% of the story. The plot twist with Edwin and Alex family got me hype, and the ending is as satisfactory as it can be, fun, cheerful, filled with hope.

Download your FREE copy here and hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did 😀
